Discover Micro Glaze Paper Sealant by Judi Kins: A Handy Craft Tool!
Are you ready to learn about an awesome tool that can make your projects shine? Introducing Micro Glaze by Judi Kins! Easy to use and greatly improves jewelry making and other crafting projects.
What is Micro Glaze?
Judikins Micro Glaze all purpose paper protector is a amazing versatile product. Originally made to solve the problem of ink smearing while working with calligraphy ink. Who would have thought that this little jar would have so many different uses.
Micro Glaze is a special kind of wax that comes in a little jar. It looks a bit like lip balm! But instead of using it on your lips, you use it on your crafts. It is like a magical protective coating that keeps your project safe and shiny.
The thin and easy-to-apply coating of wax protects projects from water, air and oxidation. You can use Micro Glaze on paper, wood, metal, and many other materials.
Environmentally friendly, Micro Glaze is the perfect choice for protecting most paper surfaces. Just rub a tiny dab (this is key, a tiny bit is best) on any paper surface, and spread very thinly over the area to be protected. The area is now water resistant from water stains or smears from routine handling.
Micro Glaze is unobtrusive and hard to detect on paper surfaces. Always do a test on a small area first.
Here is a review from a happy customer
"I put Micro Glaze on my printed labels for skincare products to make them water resistant. I do this because the products I sell are in contact with water and want the labels to stay intact".
At first I tried applying with a stiff paintbrush but it was going on too thick. I found the best way is to use my fingertip. It was the only way I could apply it evenly. It is very fast and easy to use.
It does make a bit of a blurry top surface and leaves a waxy layer. If you put it on too thick it can obstruct clear viewing of text underneath, so put it on very lightly. It does dry at a point but it you put it on too thick it can feel tacky or not-dry to the touch.
I leave mine to open air. A little goes a long way, but this is at tiny little container.
